Please read this Terms & Conditions Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before participating in any programs offered by the Emergency Income Assistance Administration.

By participating, you agree to be bound by the following legally binding terms:

1. Corporate Identity and Status: Private Entity:

EIAA is a for-profit, private company and organization.

No Government Affiliation: This entity is not a government agency, public administration, or non-profit organization.

2. Voluntary Participation and At-Will Termination Voluntary Nature:

Your participation in any program offered by the EIAA is completely voluntary.

Termination Clause: Either party may terminate participation at will.

Condition Precedent for Termination: At-will termination is only permitted if all agreed-upon conditions of participation are fully satisfied prior to any payout disbursement being issued by the EIAA or received by the participant.

Post-Disbursement Restriction: Neither party may terminate participation after a payout disbursement has been issued and/or received as a result of any request made on behalf of all involved parties.

3. Limitation of Liability Maximum Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the EIAA's total liability for any claims arising out of this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid or received under this specific program request.

Exclusion of Damages: In no event shall the EIAA be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages.

As-Is Provision: All programs and services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

4. Dispute Resolution and Mandatory Arbitration Good Faith Negotiation: In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue informally through good faith negotiations.

Binding Arbitration: If informal negotiations fail, all disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration association (e.g., the American Arbitration Association) in accordance with its commercial rules.

Waiver of Jury Trial: By agreeing to arbitration, both parties explicitly waive their right to a trial by judge or jury in a court of law.

Class Action Waiver: All disputes must be arbitrated on an individual basis. You explicitly agree not to bring or participate in any class, collective, or representative action against the EIAA.

5. Governing Law and Severability Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the state/s where the EIAA is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by an arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By proceeding with your request and participating in the EIAA's programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
